Making a Purchase
We (‘Alpha Lettering Systems ‘) are able to offer credit facilities to approved account holders, please contact us for further details and prices. The on-line price list is for immediate transactions only.
We are able to accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo payments. Should you wish to pay by card please place your order by telephone, our number is 01924 275 747.
Credit/Debit Card Security
As it stands, our website isn’t set-up to process credit/debit cards directly, however you can make a credit/debit card payment either through PayPal or over the phone.
Should payments be sent through PayPal, on no occasion would we handle your card details. In order to ensure a secure payment is made on PayPal look out for the “Green Bar” which will ensure security.
When making card transactions over the telephone we will enter the information provided directly into a secure terminal. We do not store your card details in plain text at any time.
VAT
VAT at 20% will be added to all listed prices.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice and prices charged will be those ruling at the time of dispatch. However, where orders are placed before a price rise and dispatched after the increase applies we will endeavour to honour the earlier price.
Payment Terms
Payment of credit accounts is strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
Guarantee
All our equipment carries a full twelve months guarantee, your statutory rights are not affected.
Deliver Charges
Postage and Packaging is charged at £7.50 per order.
All charges apply to UK mainland, (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, call for carriage charges.)
Retention Clause
Goods dispatched or collected will remain the property of Alpha Lettering Systems until payment is made. We are entitled to the proceeds of sale of goods for which full payment has not been made.
Shortages / Damaged Goods
Although we shall endeavour to ensure that all goods are carefully packed and dispatched, you must inspect the goods promptly on delivery and must notify us in writing within 7 days for any shortage or damaged goods, we cannot accept any responsibility for non delivery of goods unless notified in writing within 7 days of the date of invoice issued by us for the goods in question.
Specific Software Available on the Website
Any software that may be available to download from this site (the ‘Software’) is the copyrighted work of its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms and end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies it or is included with the Software (‘Licence Agreement’).
Unless otherwise follows from the Licence Agreement the Software is made available for download solely for use by end users. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Returns
Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.
Please note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited.
The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the Licence Agreement. Except as warranted in the License Agreement, Alpha Lettering Systems hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software, including all implied warranties and conditions of the merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
